About the company
A new company, described accurately
TMLZEE GROUP LTD was incorporated in England and Wales on 1 March 2026 to build software products. This page explains what that means in practice: the kind of work we take, how we contract and charge, and the specific things we are not in a position to claim yet.
Our position
Every young software company faces the same temptation: to write as though it has already done the thing it is asking to be trusted with. We would rather be checkable than impressive. Everything on this website is either a fact you can verify on a public register, a description of work we offer, or a commitment about how we will behave. Nothing on it is a claim about a past we do not have.

Practice areas
The work we take on
Four areas, described as capabilities we offer rather than projects we have delivered. If your problem sits outside them we will say so rather than stretch to fit.
Registered under SIC code 62012, business and domestic software development.
- Product discovery and specification
- Turning a rough intention into something that can be costed: user journeys, data model, the rules the system has to obey, and the parts of the idea that should be cut before anyone pays for them. The output is a document, and it is useful even if you take it to a different builder.
- Web and mobile application development
- Building the product itself: a web application, a mobile application, or both against a shared back end. We work in mainstream, well supported technologies rather than fashionable ones, because someone has to maintain this after us and it may not be us.
- Integration and systems work
- Joining a new product to the systems already running your business: accounting packages, payment providers, warehouse and scheduling systems, and the spreadsheet that everybody depends on and nobody admits to. This is the seam work, and it is usually where the real budget goes.
- Maintenance and second opinions
- Taking over an existing codebase, or reviewing one before you commit further money to it. A review comes back as a written assessment with the risks ranked and an estimate of what each one costs to fix, including the option of doing nothing.
Commercial terms
How we contract and charge
Work is quoted either as a fixed price against a written scope or at a day rate against an agreed number of days. Both arrive as a document before anything starts, and neither begins on a verbal agreement.
- Invoices in pounds sterling, payable within 30 days unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Intellectual property in bespoke work transfers to you on payment, stated in the contract.
- Where we handle personal data on your behalf, a written processing agreement forms part of the contract.
- No automatic renewals. A support arrangement ends when its notice period ends.

Standing commitments
Four things we will hold to
These are not certifications and we are not presenting them as any. They are commitments we are willing to have written into a contract, which is a different and more testable thing.
-
You can always leave with your product
Source code, infrastructure definitions, database schemas and deployment instructions belong to you and can be handed over at any point in an engagement, not only at the end of one. There is no hosting arrangement or private tooling that makes leaving expensive.
-
Estimates come with their assumptions attached
Every number we give is written next to the conditions that make it true. If an assumption breaks we tell you the same week, with the revised figure and the choice of descoping instead of spending more.
-
Personal data is minimised by default
We ask for the least data a system needs to work, we keep client data out of development environments unless it has been made non-identifying, and we set a deletion date at the point data is first collected rather than leaving it open.
-
We will tell you when we are the wrong choice
A new company has a strong incentive to say yes to everything. If a project needs a specialism we do not have, a regulated accreditation we do not hold, or a team larger than we can field, the honest answer is worth more to both of us than the invoice.
